The foundation of our service philosophy is centered on the behavioral patterns of the workforce. Since the early 1930’s it has been recognized that 90% of all work injuries are caused by inappropriate or unacceptable employee behavior.

In order to combat this overwhelming problem, Cambridge Risk Control uses a results oriented approach to the safety of its client’s employees. We employ a Management Driven/Behavior Based safety model. The model does not specifically center on traditional behavioral based safety ideals. The overall program focuses on developing positive human behaviors by targeting the front line supervisors and general labor force.

Cambridge Risk Control professionals are results oriented and will help assess and design a safety program that meets the customer’s specific business needs. Our professionals will work with clients to identify, assess and prioritize loss sources.
